Et l&#8217;analyse des profils force-vitesse des athl\u00e8tes permet de mettre en \u00e9vidence une partie de ces diff\u00e9rences. Depuis plusieurs ann\u00e9es, la recherche scientifique s&#8217;int\u00e9resse fortement aux profils force-vitesse car ils sont l&#8217;expression de la capacit\u00e9 de contraction du syst\u00e8me neuromusculaire en fonction de la vitesse de mouvement sur un mouvement donn\u00e9. L&#8217;\u00e9quipe du&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/sci-sport.com\/interview\/Jean-Benoit-Morin-003.php\">Professor Jean-Benoit Morin<\/a>&nbsp;et&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/sci-sport.com\/interview\/Pierre-Samozino-006.php\">Pierre Samozino<\/a>&nbsp;a mis en \u00e9vidence depuis quelques ann\u00e9es qu&#8217;il existait pour chaque athl\u00e8te un profil force-vitesse optimal (<a href=\"https:\/\/sci-sport.com\/articles\/influence-du-profil-force-vitesse-et-de-la-puissance-maximale-sur-la-performance-balistique-057.php\">voir notre article sur le sujet&nbsp;<\/a>). Ainsi, il y aurait des athl\u00e8tes pr\u00e9sentant un d\u00e9ficit de force et d&#8217;autres, un d\u00e9ficit de vitesse. Le profil force-vitesse servirait donc de d\u00e9tecteur, et permettrait d&#8217;orienter plus pr\u00e9cis\u00e9ment l&#8217;entra\u00eenement pour chaque athl\u00e8te.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">L&#8217;entra\u00eenement de la force permet de r\u00e9duire le d\u00e9ficit de force et l&#8217;entra\u00eenement de la vitesse, celui de la vitesse. Il semble n\u00e9anmoins plus simple d&#8217;augmenter la charge que de la diminuer. Pour lutter contre ce ph\u00e9nom\u00e8ne avec plus ou moins de succ\u00e8s et augmenter la vitesse de mouvement, diff\u00e9rentes m\u00e9thodes existent : la projection de la charge (saut), les charges n\u00e9gatives (assistance avec bande \u00e9lastique,&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/sci-sport.com\/articles\/Interets-des-bandes-elastiques-pour-le-developpement-de-la-puissance-chez-des-rugbymen-005.php\">voir notre article sur le sujet<\/a>) ou le travail en inertie (charge constante compens\u00e9e par une assistance \u00e9lastique,&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/sci-sport.com\/articles\/variations-de-la-cinetique-du-developpe-couche-en-fonction-du-type-de-resistance.php\">voir notre article sur le sujet<\/a>).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pour certains exercices impliquant la masse corporelle, comme le saut vertical, \u00e0 cause de la gravit\u00e9, les vitesses atteintes peuvent \u00eatre limit\u00e9es. D&#8217;autant plus qu&#8217;en saut vertical, la masse corporelle correspond \u00e0 la charge optimale, c&#8217;est-\u00e0-dire la charge qui permet la production maximale de puissance. Pour l&#8217;entra\u00eenement de la vitesse, il faut donc diminuer la charge, c&#8217;est-\u00e0-dire s&#8217;entra\u00eener avec une masse inf\u00e9rieure \u00e0 celle de la masse corporelle de l&#8217;athl\u00e8te. Pour cela, il est possible de r\u00e9aliser des sauts verticaux avec assistance \u00e9lastique ou des sauts horizontaux sur une planche \u00e0 roulette. Dans ce cas, l&#8217;inertie li\u00e9e \u00e0 la masse corporelle reste constante, mais la r\u00e9sistance li\u00e9e au poids est inexistante, seule la r\u00e9sistance de roulement de la planche s&#8217;opposera au mouvement.&nbsp;<strong>Mais en comparaison au saut vertical, quelle vitesse est-il possible d&#8217;atteindre en saut horizontal ?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">L&#8217;\u00e9tude r\u00e9alis\u00e9e<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pour r\u00e9pondre \u00e0 cette question,&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/sci-sport.com\/interview\/Pierre-Samozino-006.php\">Pierre Samozino<\/a>&nbsp;et son \u00e9quipe ont compar\u00e9 la vitesse, la force et la puissance produites lors de diff\u00e9rentes conditions de sauts verticaux et de sauts horizontaux. Pour r\u00e9aliser ce protocole, les chercheurs ont recrut\u00e9 13 sportifs. Tous les participants ont r\u00e9alis\u00e9 une s\u00e9ance de familiarisation au protocole et une s\u00e9ance de test. Les tests consistaient \u00e0 r\u00e9aliser des sauts verticaux et des sauts horizontaux (phase concentrique uniquement) dans quatre conditions diff\u00e9rentes :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Squat Jump (SJ) :<\/strong>&nbsp;Un saut vertical concentrique.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Squat Jump \u00e0 60% de la masse corporelle (SJ<sub>60<\/sub>) :<\/strong>&nbsp;Un saut vertical avec une charge additionnelle correspondant \u00e0 60% de la masse corporelle du sportif.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Squat Jump horizontal (HSJ) :<\/strong>&nbsp;Un saut horizontal allong\u00e9 sur une planche \u00e0 roulette (9.9kg).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Squat Jump horizontal (HSJ<sub>Assist<\/sub>) :<\/strong>&nbsp;Un saut horizontal allong\u00e9 sur une planche \u00e0 roulette avec une bande \u00e9lastique fix\u00e9e 3 m\u00e8tres derri\u00e8re qui tracte la planche (95-110 N d&#8217;assistance) (Fig. 1). Un capteur \u00e9tait plac\u00e9 au niveau de la cr\u00eate iliaque ant\u00e9ro-sup\u00e9rieur de chaque sujet et les distances entre le capteur et les orteils jambes tendues et le capteur et le sol en position de squat \u00e9taient mesur\u00e9es.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pour obtenir les valeurs de vitesse, de force et de puissance lors des sauts horizontaux, les chercheurs ont utilis\u00e9 une plateforme de force coupl\u00e9 \u00e0 un syst\u00e8me opto\u00e9lectronique. Pour obtenir ces valeurs lors des sauts verticaux, les chercheurs ont utilis\u00e9 les formules suivantes :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-katex-display-block katex-eq\" (masse corporelle + charge additionnelle, kg), g, l&#8217;acc\u00e9l\u00e9ration gravitationnelle (9.81 m\/s\u00b2), h, la hauteur du saut (en m) et calcul\u00e9e \u00e0 partir du temps de vol mesur\u00e9 par Optojump et h<sub>po<\/sub>&nbsp;la distance de pouss\u00e9e correspondant \u00e0 l&#8217;amplitude d&#8217;extension des membres inf\u00e9rieurs (en m), calcul\u00e9e comme la Un entra\u00eenement avec ce type d&#8217;exercice permettrait de r\u00e9duire un d\u00e9ficit en vitesse gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 la possibilit\u00e9 de travailler avec une charge inf\u00e9rieure \u00e0 celle de la masse corporelle.
